Can you tell us a little about your shop or service and what inspired you to start it/join the team?

• At Specsavers, we're dedicated to providing personalised eye care for all our customers. What inspired me to join was the ability to help people find the right glasses and offer affordable options, especially for pensioners who can access government benefits.

What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers?

• Right now, prescription glasses are definitely the most popular. The glasses for pensioners, which are eligible for government benefits, are also a big draw. Many people don’t know that some stores don’t offer these benefits, so we get a lot of attention and traction with that.

What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment?

• I’m really proud of how we’re helping customers find the perfect fit for their prescription glasses. It’s so rewarding to see people leave with a pair of glasses that improve their quality of life.

How long have you been working here and what do you enjoy most about this centre?

• I’ve been with Specsavers for five years now, and I love working at Bass Hill. The community is wonderful, and it’s so rewarding to provide a service that makes a real difference to people’s everyday lives.

What are your interests, any hobbies, interests, or mad obsessions?

• Outside of work, I really enjoy playing soccer. It’s a great way to stay active and unwind.
