Are you a big or small crew - how many of you working there? We have ten staff all up so it's reasonably big.

What are your interests in life? Any hobbies, interests or mad obsessions? Swimming whenever I get the chance.

Do you have local customers you know by name, or like to have a chat with? Yes, not only that but we know their coffee orders too!

What's the funniest or most unusual request request you've ever had from a shopper? Can they create their own unique menu item for us to sell.
